The outstanding Cuban musician Emiliano Salvador passed away on October 22, 1992.
Brought to the world of music by the hand of his father, Emiliano Salvador played the piano and the accordion since he was very young, and already when he was nine years old, he was a member Orquesta de Música Popular conducted by his father in the eastern area of Cuba.
In the 1960s, Emiliano Salvador began to study in the National School of Art, in Havana. Some time later, he was part of the Group of Sound Experimentation of the Cuban Institute of the Art and Film Industry, ICAIC (in Spanish), and other groups.
